It’s the weekend and I started thinking about ways a leader can recharge and refocus their energies. Here are a few quick tips as to what you can do.

👉 Take a break:

Taking a break from work and everyday stress can help you recharge and reconnect. Taking a few days off or even a weekend away can be the perfect way to clear their mind and focus on their wellbeing.

👉 Practice mindfulness:

Practicing mindfulness, can help a leader stay calm and focused, and help them to recharge their energy. If you need help learning how, connect with Amy McCae, she rocks that field.

👉 Exercise:

Exercise is a great way to recharge and can help clear the mind of stress. Taking a walk, going for a run, or taking an exercise class, can help a leader reconnect with their body and clear thoughts.

👉 Eat healthy:

Eating a variety of foods that are high in vitamins and minerals, such as fruits and vegetables, can help keep a leader feeling energized and refreshed.

👉 Get enough sleep:

Getting enough sleep is essential for a leader to recharge. Some experts say to make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I’m not an expert in this but I seem to function well on 5-6 hours a night. Whatever works for you, just remember sleep will help keep your energy levels up.
