Have you ever gone to your high school reunion?

It’s been 40 years since I graduated from high school. I know most of you are thinking “wow, did you graduate when you were twelve?” But no, normal, 18, thanks though.

Anyway, I have not been to a single one yet. I’m actually quite excited to go. I don’t really know why but I am.

Some thoughts come to mind about business and leadership as I anticipate this weekend.

👉 How many people are going to be fake? (Like in business, acting the part but not knowing what they are really doing.)

👉 Will the ones chosen to “most likely succeed” have fulfilled their calling? (Success is a fickle thing and means something different to everyone)

👉 Will the cool kids still be cool? (Ever work for a boss that thought he/she was cool)

👉 Who will I “really remember?” (What are you doing in business to be memorable?)

Just some thoughts for today. Let me know if you have ever gone to any of your reunions and what I should expect.
