Are you called to be different?

Being different is a given, we are all different. Science has proven that even identical twins have some differences.

That’s why I didn’t ask if you ARE different, I asked if you are CALLED to be different. So what does that mean? Called to be different?

If you’re a Christian, a believer as I am, we are called to be different and because of this calling we should hold ourselves up to a higher standard.

👉 Moral and ethical lines are not blurred.

The old saying, “it’s lonely at the top,” takes on new meaning for the leader that is called to be different.

👉 Putting others ahead of our own agenda is natural.

Learning how to balance between being a leader, a friend, and a mentor as well as factoring in grace, mercy and forgiveness is a must for leaders who are called to be different.

👉 Results are not measured by monetary goals.

The bottom line is no longer defined through the world view but by an eternal perspective for those leaders who are called to be different.

Incorporating your faith in the marketplace can be hard, but rest assured, you are not alone.
